Our Christmas Edition Yellow Catuai, naturally processed from Quebrada Grande Farm, offers a complex flavor profile with notes of black grape, plum, caramel, cherry and strawberry in syrup, green apple, red apple, and cocoa.
Quebrada Grande farm is located at an altitude between 1850-1900 meters above sea level, with varieties such as Catuai, Moka, SL28, H17 and H3, which are carefully processed to highlight their best cup qualities. Due to its altitude and position in the Dota mountains, its maturation tends to be late, lengthening the production season. Sheltered by the cold mountains of Copey, it is transformed into our special Christmas reserve.
